In a containment zone, genetic mutations are experimented on children. These experiments involve grafting organs from unknown sources, which develop inside the body by supplying blood from strange beings so that the host can gain superhuman abilities.

Yoru, a 14-year-old boy living in this zone, one day wakes up dazed from a very disturbing dream that he doesn't fully remember. After an alarm that unsettles him stops sounding, he feels a slight tremor while hearing the words "please evacuate the area, proceed to the safety zone" over a loudspeaker.
